Introduce an Option to specify the Shell a Remote Platform is using. #190

The commands, environment variables and properties we configure for local and remote execution can be subtly different between platforms. As such we should provide a mechanism to allow developers to define the Shell a platform is using.

By default we'll assume BASH.
