VagrantPlatform uses wrong SSH port if a public address is specified #232

The VagrantPlatform detects the default SSH settings configured by Vagrant but if a public IP address is specified then this overrides the address used by Vagrant but does not override the port. The port should also be overridden to either a port specified in the VagrantSchema or to port 22.
