It's sometimes desirable to specify a ClassPath for a JavaApplication that is provided / resolved from an alternate location.
For example: A ClassPath may be derived from the current running Java process, by manually defining it or using a modularity system (Maven / Java 9).
ie: Oracle Tools should be capable of having ClassPaths defined and resolvable from various providers.
