The current structure of Oracle Tools really only allows for a single (lowest/most common features) version of Coherence to be supported for each branch Oracle Tools, where as it's possible and somewhat desirable to be able to independently support multiple Coherence-specific versions in each branch.
To achieve this we propose slightly re-structuring the project into something like the following:

In addition to this, we'll remove coherence from the "oracle-tools-all" module and instead offer the coherence-specific "-all" modules.
