Support multiple versions of Coherence (3.7, 12.1 etc) for individual branches #268

The current structure of Oracle Tools really only allows for a single (lowest/most common features) version of Coherence to be supported for each branch Oracle Tools, where as it's possible and somewhat desirable to be able to independently support multiple Coherence-specific versions in each branch.

To achieve this we propose slightly re-structuring the project into something like the following:

oracle-tools-coherence/3.7/coherence-3.7
oracle-tools-coherence/3.7/coherence-3.7-testing-support
oracle-tools-coherence/3.7/coherence-3.7-tests

oracle-tools-coherence/12.1/coherence-12.1
oracle-tools-coherence/12.1/coherence-12.1-testing-support
oracle-tools-coherence/12.1/coherence-12.1-tests

In addition to this, we'll remove coherence from the "oracle-tools-all" module and instead offer the coherence-specific "-all" modules.
