As an architect, sometimes I'd like to create custom JVM options for things that that Oracle Tools doesn't yet support (with a layer of abstraction/set of concrete types). This is especially the case for experimental Java options and for new yet-to-be-released versions of Java. To achieve this I'd like to use a "freeform" JvmOption, that can be collected / composed and passed to Java Processes when they are realized.
