Add the ability for applications to send events #302

As a developer using Oracle Tools to run a Java application I want my code to receive events from the application.

For example, I am running a remote JUnit application using Oracle Tools as the orchestrator and I want my code to be able to receive the equivalent of the JUnit test events as they occur in the remote application.
