As a Coherence developer, I expect Coherence Clusters (and use of the Coherence Orchestrator) to automatically define a StabilityPredicate that ensures all cluster-based, auto-start services are running and in a "safe" state when establishing or modifying a cluster. Currently we have to specify this commonly used (and should be default) behavior.
