Ensure flattened and released poms don't contain build section #368

We've noticed that published pom.xmls on Maven Central may contain sections, which they shouldn't. They should be removed as part of the "flatten process". We should ensure that only related sections are present.

Reviewed all installed poms. All are now clean (must have been an early release of Bedrock that contained unnecessary build information)
