Our CI/CD should run tests, measure coverage, lint and type-check minimal supported version (3.8 as of June 2024, 3.9 as of October 2024).

Will help to keep #12 and other related requirements met continuously as the project grows.

We can wait with this until there's a coherent-oss action to run on dynamic Python version matrix. I think we had that idea long ago.
