Update use of Collections API to receive a collection UUID instead of a Collection Slug #14

On 14 May we met and adjusted some details on the info the Collections API will deliver to CoherenceBot. It will now send a UUID instead of a slug. Adjust the CB code to accept the new value and use it in the naming of exported JSON.
