Modifying Config type does not force NSUPDATE #134

Updated Enterprise to have Static config, all DNS records need to now be force-nsupdate'd

Might be able to call a fake UPDATE on the dns.a table (update dns.a set address=NEW.address where address=OLD.address) that triggers the update. Needs testing
