get_range_groups isn't a thing anymore? #255

Error:

Message: ERROR: function api.get_range_groups(unknown) does not exist LINE 1: SELECT * FROM api.get_range_groups('49net Network Devices') ^ HINT: No function matches the given name and argument types. You might need to add explicit type casts.

I'm not sure if this is a starrs or starrs-web bug, but I'll post it here.

There is probably an updated function in the API codebase. check api_ip_get.sql
