Remove old build websites static html (index.html) that come from previous years

Currently, we have some index.html in docs that are from previous years with no corresponding .md file. For instance, we have:

1. 2024.computational-humanities-research.org/conference/ -> leading to a page with 2021 logo and accepted papers from then
2. 2024.computational-humanities-research.org/dates/ -> leading to a page with 2023 logo, but content from 2022

These might be worth removing to ensure no confusion for the conference! A few more I have seen: /papers /advisory-board

Not sure if I should hunt these down manually or if there is a quick way to do so with npm? Stackoverflow gives quite complex solutions (and I don't want to automatically delete stuff that breaks the site). @pbvahlst ?
