Once https://github.com/coiled/dask-mongo/pull/2 is merged, dask-mongo will have initial support for reading from / writing to mongo databases. This might be a good time for an initial dask-mongo release on PyPI.

@jrbourbeau If using HighLevelGraph in the read_mongo is straightforward, I'd like to have that working before the release. What do you think?
