After the first session, there are some things we can improve related to the content:

  1. We went 6 min overtime (we started 5 late waiting for people), and we didn't give much time to do the exercises.
  2. No one created a coiled cluster: This lesson mostly uses a LocalCluster, and we get to the Coiled part almost at the end and some people have dropped by then.

We could fix these two points by:

  1. Maybe not waiting much for people to join, use the initial time for the intro.
  2. Getting to use a Coiled cluster earlier on, and there are places where we can cut some code.
