Replace ``@coiled.run`` with ``@coiled.function`` #23

As of the next coiled release, @coiled.run will be deprecated in favor of @coiled.function. This PR updates things here accordingly. Marking as DNM for now until the release with the name change is out

Alright, the latest coiled=0.9.4 release has the run --> function rename in it. I'll plan to merge this in a bit if no further comment

Just FYI we probably need to update some of the marketing materials that currently use the Coiled Run function. Tagging @scharlottej13 to help out here.
