Add ``gpu-examples`` image #30

This PR adds a new coiled/gpu-examples image, which is the existing coiled/gpu image + the examples in this repo. This will be convenient for getting started with GPU examples

When this is in we'll want to update the Getting Started UX in the app to point to coiled/gpu-examples. cc @shughes-uk

Alright, I'm happy with the current state of this. @ntabris do you have time for a quick review?

EDIT: Actually I haven't changed very much since Nat last looked at this. I'll go ahead and merge this as is now and can follow up if folks have objections to something here
