Cluster details page is missing a link to the dashboard

The cluster details page is missing a link to the dashboard.

The only way to get that link right now is to navigate back to the cluster overview page where there are potentially many clusters and it is difficult to find the correct link

We currently re-thinking the design about this part of the web app. I'm not sure that the scheduler dashboard link will live on this specific page, but yes, it needs to live somewhere easily accessible when looking at the details about a specific cluster.
