Coiled Labs (Notebooks, run, etc.) metrics difficult to find #254

Due to implementation details, the metrics of many Coiled Labs features are shown on the UI under the scheduler tab. I believe this is mildly confusing for users without knowing anything about the implementation details.

For some of the Coiled Labs features the distinction between workers/scheduler also doesn't make a lot of sense. It would be nice if the UI would handle this automatically.

This will be fixed in maybe 5 minutes or so.
