Thanks Cody. We've saw this happen to a couple of users during launch. We're investigating today.

I'm going to close this issue, we believe it couldn't connect to the server because the server was very slow that day across the board. We haven't seen it happen again but will definitely be monitoring! Feel free to reopen if necessary, and thanks Coty for reporting.
