Archive `coiled/notebooks` #108

In #107 @ian-r-rose asked a good question (see https://github.com/coiled/notebooks/pull/107#issuecomment-1154527392):

I'm curious what our plan for this repo is? From my perspective it was effectively archived after we dropped notebook support last fall.

Since then, I've moved over all working examples from this repo into the Coiled gitlab repo (see https://gitlab.com/coiled/cloud/-/merge_requests/4845), so I think we can now archive this repo.

@jrbourbeau @dchudz @ian-r-rose does this sound OK to you?
