How to annotate local videos? #3

Hi,

Thanks for sharing your great tool.

I understand that to input videos to the annotation tool, I need to provide the youtube ID of them. Then how can I annotate videos saved on my local computer which don't have youtube ids available?

请问各位本地视频应该用什么标注工具比较好呢，我做视频动作分割，从xx帧到xxx帧属于某个动作，不知道有没有好用的标注工具
