The documentation on the MSDevStudio project page should be updated (or moved into the BuildTools wiki and updated there).

A link under "Quick Source Download, Build, and Installation Guide" in the BuildTools wiki would be appreciated.

Done. At least, there's a good start in the MSVisualStudio wiki. I'm going to close this ticket. Future Visual Studio tickets should go there.
