[Trac #128] incomplete external include directory listing for Cbc 2.8.0 MSVS v10 solution file #77

As of 4/18/2013, this problem is found in the ​http://www.coin-or.org/download/source/Cbc/Cbc-2.8.0.zip file.

To correct it, the user will have to manually add

........\Cgl\src\CglRedSplit2 ........\Cgl\src\CglGMI

into the "additional include directories" for libCbcSolver project.
