[Trac #117] Cbc.exe crash #87

Cbc.exe was downloaded from here: http://www.coin-or.org/download/binary/Cbc/Cbc-2.7.1-win32-msvc9.zip

Then Cbc.exe was run with file ep.mps (see attached):

cbc.exe ep.mps

The crash happened...

@tkralphs there wasn't a file ep.mps attached to the original ticket in Trac as far as I can tell, so I'm not able to reproduce this issue. Because of this, I think this issue can be marked resolved/closed!
