Trying to end CBC Promt with ctrl-d leads to endless loop #637

I tried to exit the program by using ctrl+d in the command prompt. apparently that triggered some kind of loop that the program doesn't like. Was using the current version installed with coinbrew[1]

Steps to reproduce:

run cbc binary
press ctrl+d in prompt
watch the madness
