Hi @sebheger and other maintainers

Any thoughts on doing a new release? Since 1.15.0 python-mip got python 3.12 and MacOS Mx support.

A new release, including https://github.com/coin-or/python-mip/pull/377, is needed to work with the latest version of HiGHS (1.7.1)
