Hi Bastiaan,

some modification on the pipeline

added supportfor Debian 9
modified pipeline to new docker image builder on my repo on Docker HUB
the produced artifacts are now uploaded as a tarball instead that as singular packages, in order to limitate the flooding of the download directory
