fixed cpack.d sub repo as relative #21

This fixes the cpack.d sub repo from absolute to relative.

Looking at the sub repo contents I realize that there is something wrong with the cpack.d sub repo settings, since all the commits are marked as ‘draft’. It seems that the repository has been created as a ‘non publishing’, but unfortunately I can’t see / change its settings.

Bastiaan please could you temporarely authorize me ?

Thanks Bastiaan,

the cpack.d repo was erroneously marked as ‘non-publishing’ … my fault.

I changed the settings and merged Volker’s PR.

Now commits are fine, you can ‘downgrade’ my authorizations… thanks
