Response from `get_exchange_rates()` is incorrect oftentimes #62

If I call client.get_exchange_rates(currency='LTC'), it returns 325.30 at one moment, 1.00 at the next as the corresponding USD value

This is causing issues in Homeassistant to make the package not useful.
