Is this a new install? Make sure you added your API key and that it is enabled and has the necessary permissions ('user' and 'merchant').
I am getting this same error, my API is enabled with all of the permissions...new installation
I too am having this issue I have setup and enabled the API with the appropriate permission listed above.
SO i went back uninstalled the git hub package and downloaded the coinbase-woocommerce plugin from the WP plugin page and now it just spins at checkout instead of producing the above message ... any ideas?
This was the response I got from coinbase
"Really sorry for the trouble here! I’ll be happy to assist with this issue.
Will it be possible to clarify whether your Merchant Profile (https://www.coinbase.com/merchant_profiles) has been fully filled out? If it has not been, this may be a potential cause here."
This worked for me.
Awesome thanks I will have to fill it out, makes sense, I am shocked that its not included on the site in the merchants tab. Come on Coinbase I know your a new company but you need to cross your t's and dot your i's been banging my head on the desk and searching for a plan B ;)
Hey, keep getting "Sorry, but there was an error processing your order. Please try again or try a different payment method" on the newest version of woocommerce and wp. Any ideas?
