Revert "Pin cursors to connections (#70)" #73

This reverts commit db55bae39e1516cedbbd694f9c2d413629bd3ce5.

We've found a regression where mongobetween will start to choke when a bunch of huge, slow queries are being thrown at it. We're reverting this PR for now, and revisiting once we root cause the issue.
