Failed on saving files whose sizes are larger than 32KB. #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I edit the file that is larger than 32KB in sshfs drive, it will fail 
to save.
2. I test on both notepad.exe and emacs, emacs will throw a "Bad file 
descriptor" warning.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I just want to safely save the file whose size is larger than 32KB via sshfs 
drive.

What version of the product are you using?

win-sshfs: version 0.0.1.4
Client OS: Windows 7
Server OS: Linux
Ssh server: 3.2.9.1

I think it is related to issue 4 . Can't fix it right now, don't have time. Can 
you just post whats connection speed to your host and do you used the file from 
different client in same time?

The speed is fast, maybe 10 to 30M/s. I just edit the file at only one client. 

I've tried many times, and this problem can be easily reappeared. If I 
modified/upload the file whose size is larger than 32KB, no matter which editor 
I use, it fails and the uploaded file will be changed to a binary file, so I 
cannot read it any more.

I have atached this debug version. Just run it reproduce the problem and send 
me the log(it will be created in same folder as Sshfs.exe) and I would also 
like if possible to see your server sftp log during that time.
