Added Formatting text feature to ToolTips #174

Formatting tooltips which will allow units and other cool add-ons to the static and dynamic tooltips

Hi @honeybadger26 sorry for the confusion, the last two commits were for my project, We use Appcenter and have to link the modified repository for dependency linking. It's really just the first commit, I think should be merged, let me know your thoughts.

That commit looks good to me. If you could remove the unneeded commits (or make a new PR with just that required commit) then I would be happy to merge it in.
