Support issue #20

Hello, how can I contact you with support issue? My incoming L-BTC payment doesnt show up in my account balance. Your twitter is locked that only people you follow can send you messages so I am writing here. Thanks urza

Just to note that we solved this issue via email. I am keeping it here for @asoltys as remainder for possible investigation why it happened - possible problem with deposit address when first anonymous account is created, then new registered account is created. But maybe it was my fault, I am not sure exactly about the order of my actions :)
