User currency not used on public profile page #88

Getting reports that the user's selected currency isn't being used when people who are not logged in try to generate invoices for them

I have had the issue of USD being the default even when my IP is Canadian. I tried setting up an account with my VPN (Canadian IP) and also without a VPN. I am getting the same issue with USD being the default currency.
