Coin Listing Demo

what this PR adds :

adds coin listing demo for getting prices of eth and btc
fixes some issues in db_seeder
more sample data added as part of seed db
Adds routes to get coin listing data that are fetched till now and a route to trigger the coin listing

How to test ?

first initialize your db with the sample seed data by running npm run seed
call the trigger route ( just one time!) localhost:3000/v1/coin-listing/trigger to trigger the coin data fetching process
now subsequent calls to localhost:3000/v1/coin-listing will give the coin prices (currently btc and eth)
