Adding BitcoinVoucherBot no-kyc purchase bot #8

I just added the @BitcoinVoucherBot telegram bot, which allows purchase of bitcoin redeemable vouchers by telegram with great degree of privacy. The purchase procedure is without the web. No-kyc required, amounts less than 1000 eur.

I've added BitcoinVoucherBot to the Vouchers entry.
