Support new exchanges - Bitstamp and CoinDeal? #2

Would you be interested in adding Bitstamp and CoinDeal exchanges support?

I have some CSV from these exchanges but no withdrawals from exchange to FIAT so I don't know how to implement this particular functionality.

I have to calculate the taxes for my trades and I think that I will convert the files into a generic format so I can use these files in this calculator, but if you are interested, maybe we could work together to add these two exchanges to be supported and used by other people.
