Tales of Symphonia sound issue #165

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Play Tales of Symphonia.
2.Enter a battle with a random enemy.
3.Listen to the music transition.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That the music transitions were smooth. Instead,  there is a weird glitched 
sound everytime one enter a battle and finished one.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
r295, Wii

Please provide any additional information below.
Previously I used Dios Mios and that sound issue didn't happened. I am not 
using the lastest revision because after certain revision my games keep 
freezing a few minutes in.

I too am having this issue using the latest revision 3.341. Every time you 
enter a battle and exit there is weird glitch sound. I tested Devolution and it 
doesn't make this sound. Can this please be addressed?

I would also like to state that I am using a Wii. I also tried Dios Mios and it 
doesn't do this.

Same issue, when entering leaving battles a strange glitch sound happens. PAL 
Tales game.

Same issue too, NTSC ToS version.
