Regression in sequana_tools 0.15.1 (deeptools not working) #32

deeptools (computeMAtrix) and also bowtie2 do not work anymore. bowtie2 has its own container for now but deeptools has no dedicated container Would be nice to fix this sequana_tools container or create a dedicated deeptools container

bowtie has its own registry; deeptools computeMatrix looks correct after double checks in sequana_tools 0.15.1
