Read new Settings on the fly #6

Right now, the settings are only read at start-up. If Settings change then ChocoButler needs to restart. Would be better to have the read in if/when they change.

Abandoned this in favour of adding a menu entry to allow restart of ChocoButler and warning the user a restart is required when settings are edited.
