如题，建议加入流量按设定日期重置，例如按每月的某天。

这个功能在客户端可以自行实现，在客户端编译安装好 vnStat 后修改 vnStat 配置可以实现某一天重置流量的功能。 然后 Go 客户端添加一个 -vnstat就可以上报 vnStat 统计的流量
