• [ ] лучше, если из функции ReadVector мы будем возвращать заполненный вектор, т.к. сейчас инициализация его снаружи не имеет смысла, соответственно переименовать функцию, после ее изменения
• [ ] "Т.к. вещественные числа представляются в памяти лишь приблизительно, необходимо при подсчете суммы цифр числа принимать в расчет лишь 3 знака после запятой." доработать программу под задание лабораторной.
