Lots of Pretty Tweaks

I made a few tweaks and took a few design liberties. Up to you if you like them:

Index Page / Global: http://i.imgur.com/6q5KE.png

• Made the navigation tighter
• Removed "ImplicitCAD" from the title since its in the header
• Tweaked spacing a little in the title
• Made the example button larger
• Code text is larger (by +2px)
• FAQ link works again

Examples Page:

• Added hr between each code block
• Code blocks now mimic index.haml's block+btn combo style
• Height of pre match height of its example image (This is brittle and hard-defined)
• Example images have their grey .well background again (visually appealing imho)

Editor Page:

• Added a little hint mentioning panning ability using the Meta key
