my first instinct for this is to just add an interface for interacting with https://github.com/MeteorPackaging/pdftk

Done in https://github.com/colbehr/PDF-Grader/commit/f23369cf0f2ceee95a9e461b2fba358aea19beac PDFBox already had this functionality so no new imports neccesary
