Add "Game > Edit Game" functionality #307

Just downloaded 0.8.

While I like the ability to import a pgn file, I would love to be able to
edit the game to explore different scenarios in a game I've downloaded.  as
far as I can tell pychess just starts the computer playing you where the
pgn game left off.  

Very nice chess app.  Keep up the good work,

Hey jjRussel, would opening the game twice or more, and setting players to 
Human vs.
Human solve your problem, or do you have a more sophisticated idea?

This can be tested with latest hg sources. The editing moves added as 
variations to the game.

This is somewhat related to issue 133. I guess the difference between a Setup 
Position editor as shown in the arena screenshot in 
https://code.google.com/p/pychess/issues/detail?id=133#c5 and this issue, is 
that an Edit Game editor would have additional things like, changing the time 
control/increment, changing the opponent, and switching players' colors.

Another useful thing for both this and a Setup Position editor would be the 
ability to use an existing FEN (pasted into a TextBuffer) or PGN (pasted or 
from an opened file on the file-system) as the starting point for editing, like 
'Game > Enter Game Notation' already does.
