The latest version is 0.5.2, which contains a useful fix (#30), but the version available from the apt repo is 0.5.0.
Is something wrong with the way packages are synced from packagecloud to the ROS 2 apt repo? I don't remember where that's done and I couldn't find it with a quick search on ci.ros2.org/build.ros2.org/build.ros.org.
Since this is mostly due to me forgetting about a step in the release process (https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/reprepro-updater/pull/196), I've added documentation: #32
