Add contribution guide for encouraging new contributors to CBORM.

FYI, the Lucee-Hibernate-5 check is failing due to this error:

Could not locate ordinal parameter [0], expecting one of [1]

This is a known :bug: with Hibernate 5.4 and the Lucee Hibernate extension: https://luceeserver.atlassian.net/browse/LDEV-3641
