When steam crashes or is killed, steam-acolyte sometimes doesn't start up and keeps spinning with 100% cpu usage.

Deleting the file ~/.steam/steam.pipe makes it work again.

No problem, just wanted to finally put it down somewhere.

I think one way that happens is if Steam crashes while SteamVR keeps running, maybe whatever IPC SteamVR does with Steam causes it.
